By accessing, registering on, or using the 639jl platform (accessible at https://639jl.xyz and through the 639jl mobile application), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 639jl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your 639jl account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify 639jl immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow any third party to access or use your 639jl account.

639jl reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or other documentation as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

639jl reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

All financial transactions on 639jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 639jl supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 639jl account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 639jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• 639jl does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 639jl may require you to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• 639jl reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the User.

639jl may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. 639jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may carry a wagering requirement — a specified multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• 639jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where it suspects abuse or misuse of the offer.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by 639jl will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

All games available on the 639jl platform — including slot games such as Golden Leopard, Ganesh Gold, Zuma Dragon, Drill That Gold, Win Drop, Tower, and all sports betting markets — operate under their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

639jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and independent of previous results. The RNG systems used on 639jl are designed to meet industry standards for fairness and unpredictability.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from the stated RTP.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 639jl's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 639jl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of 639jl.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the 639jl platform, its software, or its servers.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in any live or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to 639jl immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 639jl staff or other users.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 639jl account.
• Accessing 639jl from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

639jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its users. We recognize that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 639jl users:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 639jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from 639jl without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 639jl content.
• Use any 639jl trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 639jl platform.

Any unauthorized use of 639jl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by 639jl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 639jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 639jl platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 639jl specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 639jl's reasonable control.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or other information displayed on the platform, provided that 639jl takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the 639jl platform.
• Any loss arising from events beyond 639jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

639jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 639jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 639jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 639jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

639jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the 639jl platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 639jl collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• To verify your identity and age as part of our KYC and regulatory compliance obligations.
• To process your deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 639jl platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact 639jl's support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 639jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
